Kiss frontman Gene Simmons has sold his former Los Angeles, California, home for $2 million, according to The Daily Mail.
The house, located on Laurel Canyon in the swanky Hollywood Hills neighborhood, went on the market in August for $2.2 million before getting a roughly $200,000 price cut.
According to public records, Simmons first bought the home in 2013 for $1.4 million. But according to The Daily Mail, Simmons isn’t the first famous musician to live at the property. It has also housed Joni Mitchell and Jim Morrison in the past.
